Mine says 'quick question' and then it is not one

It has never once been quick. I have started budgeting forty minutes for a quick question. Does anyone else do this?

Forty is optimistic.

Mine opens with 'sorry, one more thing' which means there are four more things.

I budget an hour and I am rarely wrong.
